These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mimo waitlist and any related communications. By submitting your email address, you agree to these terms.
Joining the Mimo waitlist means you are expressing interest in early access to the Mimo product. Signing up does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular features. We will notify waitlist members when access becomes available, but we reserve the right to determine the order and timing of invitations.
When you join the waitlist, you provide your email address. You confirm that the email address you submit belongs to you and that the information is accurate. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from Mimo related to your waitlist status and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We will not send excessive or unrelated marketing communications.
Mimo is provided on an as-is basis. We make no representations about the timeline, availability, or specific functionality of the product. We are not liable for any delays, changes to the product scope, or decisions not to launch.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimo and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the waitlist or use of any Mimo service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, which in the case of a free waitlist is zero.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
