This Privacy Policy explains what information Mimo collects when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and your rights around that data. We keep this simple because we only collect what we need.
When you join the Mimo waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only piece of personal information we ask for at this stage. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data as part of the waitlist.
We may also automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit our site. This is handled by our hosting provider (Vercel) and Firebase, and is used solely for security and performance purposes.
Waitlist emails are stored in Firebase, a platform operated by Google LLC. Firebase stores data on Google Cloud infrastructure, which is subject to Google's security standards and certifications. You can learn more about how Google handles data at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about Mimo. This includes notifying you when early access opens, sharing product updates, and occasionally sending information we think is relevant to you as a prospective user. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To remove your email from our waitlist or request a copy of your data, email us at priyapatel1745@gmail.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Our landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Vercel (our hosting provider) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and routing purposes. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking on this site.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until Mimo launches and transitions to a full user account system, at which point we will give you the option to convert your waitlist entry or have it removed.
Mimo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as our product evolves. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without giving you notice and an opportunity to act.
